By downloading, installing, or using Hashtag Image Generator (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. App Features
The App provides the following features:
- Generating hashtags from images.
- Creating YouTube descriptions with keywords and titles.
- Generating SEO-friendly titles for websites.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- The App offers weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscription plans.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and renewal cost will be identified.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
4. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple are handled directly by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for assistance with refunds.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App’s functionality.
- Misuse the App in any way that could harm its performance or other users.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
